What is Craniosacral Therapy and how can it help?

In the early 1900's, U.S. Osteopath Dr William Sutherland first recognised the subtle craniosacral motions of the body and how they reflected in fine detail the person's current state of health.

Craniosacral therapy developed from this early discovery of the body's craniosacral rythms. The therapy is based on the practitioner making a very refined engagement with these subtle body rythms, which in turn re-ignites your body's healing processes at both a holistic and cellular level.

In Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, your body’s innate intelligence, together with the facilitating practitioner, can achieve changes at every level to help your body work on moving back towards it’s original ‘blueprint’ of health.
